Hi, my name is Corey and I desperately need help putting together a downpayment for a home. The cost of housing has been
driven up in my area by people moving here from the city. Now unfortunately the people who live here fulltime can no longer
afford the homes here. My wife and I live with our 4 year old daughter in a very small one bedroom apartment. We are young
and just need a hand getting started. We work fulltime jobs and do extra things on the weekends to make some more money. She
babysits and I help my brother out with his small lawn mowing company. We have put together about $2,000 on our own so far
and need help. Even homes that need upwards of $40,000+ in work are going for premiums. I offered the full listed price on
a home that needed $40,000 in work and it still went for $30,000 over the listed price. We really need the room to grow and
unfortunately with all the homes being sold here, housing is also very scarce and so rents are also being jacked up. We dont
smoke and dont drink and even pay for our own health insurance, even though it doesnt offer much in coverage just to keep
the premium down. We have never asked anyone for help before and we just really need some help getting started. Thank you
